Brahmas Defenseman Liebold Makes College Commitment

The Texas Brahmas of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman, Aidan Liebold, has committed to play ACHA Division I college hockey for Maryville University (St. Louis, Missouri).

Liebold spent one season in the NA3HL with the Brahmas. During the 2025-26 season, he recorded 16 points during the entirety of the regular and post season. He had two goals and 14 assists throughout 55 games. He was named an assistant captain for the Brahmas.

“Really excited to see Aidan achieve this commitment, Maryville gained a great presence in their locker room with a high hockey IQ,” said Brahmas head coach Michael Rooney.

Liebold’s best performance of the year came on Mar. 5 against the Tulsa Oilers. He recorded two assists to aid in the Brahmas’ 11-0 shutout victory over the Oilers.

Liebold is one of five players from the Texas Brahmas to make a college commitment this season.
