Cyclones Forward Knutsen Makes College Commitment

The Wausau Cyclones of the North American 3 Hockey League are proud to announce that forward Brady Knutsen has committed to play NCAA Division III college hockey for New England College (Henniker, New Hampshire).

Knutsen has spent two seasons in the NA3HL with the Cyclones. His most successful season was the 2025-2026 season, where he recorded 45 points across 47 games this season. He recorded 18 goals and 27 assists. 

In February of 2026, Knutsen was selected to compete in the Top Prospects Tournament. The tournament consisted of the best uncommitted players in NA3HL and the NAHL. Hofmann represented the NA3HL on team Red. He recorded one goal during the tournament. 

Knutsen’s best performance of the year came on Feb. 28 against the Rochester Grizzlies. He scored one goal and recorded two assists to aid in the Cyclones 5-2 victory over the Grizzlies.

Knutsen is one of six players from the Wausau Cyclones to make a college commitment this season.
