Granite City Forward Stebbins Makes College Commitment

The Granite City Lumberjacks of the North American 3 Hockey League are proud to announce that forward Baylor Stebbins has committed to play NCAA Division III college hockey for Augsburg University (Minneapolis, Minnesota).

Stebbins has spent two full seasons in the NA3HL. His 2024-2025 season and the majority of his 2025-2026 season was spent with the Rochester Grizzlies. He joined the Lumberjacks in February of 2026 and joined them for their successful playoff run. His most successful season was the 2025-2026 season. He recorded 46 points during the regular season, including 25 goals and 21 assists, and an additional six points during the post season. 

In February of 2026, Stebbins was selected to compete in the Top Prospects Tournament. The tournament consisted of the best uncommitted players in NA3HL and the NAHL. Stebbins represented the NA3HL on team Red.

His best performance this season was on Feb. 21 against the Minnesota Wilderness when he scored four points, consisting of three goals and one assists. He scored the game winning goal to aid the Lumberjacks in a 8-3 victory over the Wilderness. 

Stebbins was a part of the 2026 Fraser Cup Championship winning team.

Stebbins is one of seven players from the Granite City Lumberjacks to make a college commitment this season.
