Wausau Defenseman Robbins Makes College Commitment

June 26, 2026

The Wausau Cyclones of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Brady Robbins has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for the University of Nebraska (Lincoln, Nebraska).

Robbins joined the Cyclones late in the 2025-2026 season in the middle of February and played 10 total games across the regular season and playoffs. He scored seven points consisting of one goal and six assists during his time for the Wausau Cyclones.

"Brady was a late season add but his presence in the locker-room and on the ice was felt immediately,” said Cyclones Head Coach Nathan Oystrick. “Brady was an excellent hockey player but an even better human being who elevated everyone around him. We couldn't be more excited for the news of his college commitment and are excited to continue to watch him grow on and off the ice at the University of Nebraska. The Wausau Cyclones Organization thank him for his contributions and wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors."

His best performance of the 2025-26 season came on Mar. 3 against the West Bend Power. In that game, Robbins recorded two assists.

Robbins is one of four players from the Wausau Cyclones to make a college commitment this season.
