Willmar WarHawks Defenseman Vaculik Makes College Commitment

The Willmar WarHawks of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Timothy Vaculik has committed to play NCAA Division III college hockey for Albright College (Reading, Pennsylvania).

Vaculik spent two seasons with the Willmer WarHawks in the NA3HL. The 2025-2026 season was his most successful offensive season in the league. Vaculik scored four goals and 15 assists for 19 total points this season. 

He was traded near the end of the season and had a playoff run with the Sheridan Hawks, where he played in five games of the Fraser Cup Playoffs, and added two assists in the post season. 

Earlier in his career he was named an EP Cup Series 18U Champion during the 2023-2024 season.

The best performance of the 2025-26 season from Vaculik came on Feb. 27 against the Yellowstone Quake. In that game, Vaculik scored two goals to aid the Sheridan Hawks in a victory by a score of 5-2 over the Quakes.

Vaculik will join the inaugural team for Albright College. They will begin play in the 2026-2027 season in the Mid Atlantic Conference. 

Vaculik is the sole player from the Willmar WarHawks to make a college commitment this season.
