Wausau Cyclones Forward Makes College Commitment

The Wausau Cyclones of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Owen Gohm has committed to play ACHA Division I college hockey for Aquinas College (Grand Rapids, Michigan).

During the 2025-2026 season, the Michigan native played in 34 games. Gohm recorded 9 points including 4 goals and 5 assists for the Cyclones.

“We are extremely excited for, and proud of Owen as he continues his hockey journey at the collegiate level,” said Cyclones Head Coach Nathan Oystrick. “We wish Owen all the best and we look forward to watching him as he continues his journey with Aquinas.”

One of the best performances of the 2025-26 season from Gohm came early in the season on Nov. 28 against the St. Louis Jr. Blues. In that game, Gohm scored one goal to aid in the Cyclones’ 5-1 victory.

Gohm is joining the Saints, who were 13-24 overall last season and ended their season in the first round of their conference tournament.

Gohm is one of four players from the Wausau Cyclones to make a college commitment this season.
