Wausau Goaltender Faille Makes College Commitment

The Wausau of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that goaltender Brady Faille has committed to play ACHA Division I college hockey for Niagara University (Lewiston, New York).

Faille has spent three seasons in the NA3HL, all for the Wausau Cyclones. Faille has been steady on the back end for the Cyclones posting a 21-12 record and a .914 SV% across the three seasons.

This past season was the best for the Traverse City, Michigan native as he stood tall with a 12-8 record, 2.66 GAA and .920 SV%. Those numbers left the goaltender ranked in the top-15 in GAA in and SV%.

“Brady has been a stable presence in Wausau over the last 3 seasons and developed from day one. His humility, tenacity, and dedication were a true statement to not only who he was, but what it means to be a Wausau Cyclone,” said Wausau Cyclones Head Coach Nathan Oystrick. “A fantastic teammate and a great ambassador of the organization, Brady’s commitment is a testament to his work ethic and discipline. We can't wait to see what Brady does at Niagara as he starts the next chapter this coming season.”

Faille’s best performance of the 2025-26 season came against the Buzz on Dec. 14. In that game Faille stopped all 24 shots that he faced and recorded his only shutout on the season in the Cyclones’ 6-0 victory. 

Faille is one of four players from the Sheridan Hawks to make a college commitment this season.
