Gillette Forward Levi Ness Makes College Commitment

The Gillette Wild of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Levi Ness has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for the University of Jamestown (Jamestown, North Dakota).

During the 2025-26 season in the NA3HL, the Fargo, North Dakota native appeared in 23 games for Gillette where he recorded six total points including five assists.

The head coach of the Wild, Wilson Anderle, had high praise for Ness. “Levi is an intense competitor that adds speed and skill to any lineup,” said Anderle when asked about his player. 

The best performance of the season from Ness came on Nov. 1 against the Great Falls Americans. Ness recorded a shorthanded goal in the game to extend the lead for the Wild to three. 

The 2005 birth year will be joining a University of Jamestown ACHA DII team that is coming off a great season. The Jimmies boasted a record of 13-7 including a home record of 8-1. 

Ness is the only player from the Gillette Wild to make a college commitment this season.
